Those that attend can be invited to 1 to 1 meetings, giving you unique access to those companies that sales have spent months trying to contact.

We qualify all our attendees for budget, seniority, whether they are actively working on a project and timescale. We also have very strict criteria on who can attend - at least 60% of the audience will be end-users and we restrict the number of vendors that can attend. Your conversations will be with senior people who are looking to buy.

We arrange guaranteed 1 to 1 meetings with the delegates you want to meet through our intelligent meeting matching system. This allows you a full 20 minutes face to face with companies eager to discuss the technical aspects of your solution.

Our concierge service networks you onsite with target accounts and introduces you to those prospects you want to meet, whether this be through hosted lunches, evening drinks or just a coffee at your meeting point. And for those companies that you did not get to meet, we will try to put you in contact post-event, so you don't miss anybody!
