His background includes software product design, and he is the co-inventor of US Patent 6758746 Method for Providing Customized Interactive Entertainment Over a Communications Network. Tom has done extensive work applying technology, methodologies and protocols that originate from entertainment, marketing and customer experience to telemedicine applications. He is a passionate supporter of evidence-based use of technology to break down barriers to treatment and motivate patients to better outcomes.
